What happens when my account is blocked ?

Answer

On the BAM Web site you will get a message,

Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet. Did you not get an activation e-mail and follow the validation link?

On the BAM Forum you will get a message,

The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.

The BAM member accounts and access is not created by the members (as it may be on other publicly available system) but is activated centrally according to your BAM memberships status. Usually your BAM account will be created and an activation message is sent out to your email account.

If this has been dropped by a SPAM system and you are unable to identify where the activation message has gone then the BAM administration can activate and unblock your account manually.

If you request an email change then the account must be activated again. This is to verify that the system is able to communicate with you via email.
