You should have been sent the agenda, proxy forms and booking forms in the post. If you have missed these then please go here for the AGM 2009 Forms (member only content). If you have not yet received your BAM member logon then please email bam@monaco.mc for copies of these forms. Nominations for the committee and items to be included in the agenda are closed but proxy and attendence forms can still be used. Please make sure that you contact the BAM secretary if you want to attend to avoid seating problems.
