Monaco Telecom, the Principality's long-time operator, was reorganised in 2006 in order to improve performance levels and broaden its line of products and services. It is diversifying its offering and improving the quality of service provided in its four main areas of activity: fixed telephony, mobile telephony, television, and the Internet. Substantial investments were carried out in 2007 in order to improve its Services and this will continue in 2008 and onwards. Monaco Telecom has a 24/7 call Centre in French and English and now tracks all recurring customer or quality issues at monthly management meetings.
